The Mofongo Tostonera™ is a double sided press that will take any mofongo recipe and shape it into a bowl. You can fill the mofongo bowl with your favorite stew. On one side you can press two mofongo bowls at a time. On the other side you can press chips and slices. It is constructed of a high density FDA approved plastic. The hinge is made of stainless steel and is rust resistant. Yes, it's dishwasher safe!
